The artwork showcased on the Homeless Youth Handbook - Missouri website and poster were created Carolyn (Car) Buback, a Senior Apprentice at St. Louis ArtWorks who has been an artist her entire life. Car, works with many mediums and styles, although her main mediums are painting, fashion/textiles, and mixed-media. Car enjoys working on murals and large installations. Car’s future plans are to be self-sufficient through practicing her art.

The artwork showcased on the Homeless Youth Handbook - Missouri poster was created by S’mya Matthews, a Senior Apprentice with St. Louis ArtWorks. S’mya, specializes in abstract, photo realism and surrealism art styles. Her inspirations are anything from day-to-day people she encounters to the idea of space, the cosmos or any of her dreams.
